Pastors
Bruce and Carol Offi are
graduates of RHEMA Bible Training Center, Tulsa,
Oklahoma. Pastor Bruce was on staff at RHEMA
Bible Church/Kenneth Hagin Ministries, Tulsa,
for five years. He was born and raised in
Meadville and has returned after 34 years.
Pastor Carol is from North Carolina. They have
six children and nine grandchildren.
Under
the direction of the Holy Spirit, established
Living Waters Worship Center on January 21,
2001. Both pastors minister the Word of God
clearly and accurately and the gifts of the
Spirit accompany the preaching of the Word.

Our
History
Living
Waters Worship Center first met in the
banquet room of the Holiday Inn Express,
Meadville, PA on January 21. There were 34
attendance at the first service. Within 60
days, LWWC made an offer to purchase an
existing church building. September 2001,
LWWC moved into their first building, with
vision to expand.
Affiliation
LWWC
is a Word of Faith Church Affiliated with
RHEMA Bible Church of Tulsa, OK.
